Michigan’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program is designed to assist water suppliers in satisfying the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act by offering low-interest loans (for 20, 30, or 40-year loans) to eligible water suppliers.
Eligible applicants must submit an Intent to Apply (ITA) form to EGLE-WIFS@Michigan.gov by November 1, 2023, outlining applicant information and project information. The applicant will be assigned a project manager who will schedule a pre-application meeting to review the project goals. If the applicant is to move forward, a Project Planning Document must be prepared and submitted by June 1, 2024.
The Intent to Apply (ITA) form is now closed for fiscal year 2025. The fiscal year 2026 ITA form will be available in 2024 and must be submitted by November 1, 2024.
