Michigan’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program is designed to assist local municipalities with the construction of needed water pollution control facilities.
Eligible applicants must submit an Intent to Apply (ITA) form to EGLE-WIFS@Michigan.gov by November 1, 2023, outlining applicant information and project information. The applicant will be assigned a project manager who will schedule a pre-application meeting to review the project goals. If the applicant is to move forward, a Project Planning Document must be prepared and submitted by May 1, 2024.
